Death Note est un manga de Takeshi Obata et Tsugumi Ōba paru au Japon en 2004.
Le manga a été adapté au cinéma, sous la forme de trois films réalisés par Shusuke Kaneko :
* Death Note, sorti au Japon le 17 juin 2006
* Death Note 2: The Last Name, sorti au Japon le 3 novembre 2006
* Death Note 3: L Change the World qui sortira au Japon le 9 février 2008

Meaning of horizontal line over a note?
I just came across this in a piece I'm practicing with. There's a series of five notes, each with a small horizontal line above them. It almost looks like a ledger line, but it isn't. What is the meaning of these horizontal lines?
