Chris Cornell and the "4th Of July"

I always loved the Soundgarden track "4th Of July" and this quote from Chris Cornell certainly explains it a bit more. I guess his fried brain is my musical enjoyment.

Ya know, I'm an aspiring singer myself, and Cornell is one of my biggest influences. But I gotta say this, after watching and listening to the way he sings the Soundgarden songs back in the day and the way he sings them now... there's almost no difference
