Queensryche - the band that people either love or hate! The band formed in 1981 from the ashes of CrossFire, a band that did Maiden and Priest covers. Michael Wilton and Scott Rockenfield where in the band and later added Chris DeGarmo and Eddie Jackson and changed their name to "the Mob". They needed a singer and recruiter Geoff Tate to sing for a few shows. He was in a band called "Babylon" and not too interested in doing Metal, but helped
