I was FINALLY able to score a copy of this through some hole-in-the-wall website, since this CD never appears on eBay or Amazon.

Unlike Joey Belladonna, who's solo albums have a slight tinge of "I
Used To Be In Anthrax", Neil's release sounds nothing like Anthrax,
which from reading interviews doesn't surprise me because he was mostly
just there because he was a hired hand.
