Black Sabbath - Born Again

Does anyone know why this cd has never been released in the US. I ended up having to get it from itunes, which is not something I like to do. The $50 for an import copy was just too steep. Also, are there any plans to remaster the album. I love this album, but it could benefit from a remastering.

I have been listening to this album continually for the last couple of days.
