Major/Minor Scales
One thing that I quite don't understand is that
When we play songs we look at the score to identify which key to play
So, what is the functions of major scales?

I wonder why there are so many differences between the different minor scales. There are:
-The harmonic minor scale
-the melodic minor scales (going up)
-the melodic minor scales going down.

This is a list of All major scales, and their relative minor scales, PLUS the accidental they have in them.
The order of sharps can be remembered by memorizing this sentence. Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle.
Now, say the same sentence
I made this a while ago for Marlowe, as an idea. It never took off (yet ), so if any of you can make use of it:
Ionian = Major scale
Aeolian = Minor scale
I won't explain it now, as I'm half pissed but it should show you the finger positions
