Does anyone actually stretch before they shuffle?
I've heard your suppose to, but I'm skeptical. I mean I shuffle 30+ times a day. I'll just be standing there and randomly break out in a shuffle. And it just seems highly inconvient to stretch everytime before I do. So I thought I'd get some other opinions about the importance of stretching before a shuffle session.
