Trouble with the T-step and streaming it together

I've got a couple of moves down, but I can't transition from one to the other. Once I get going I can't change the direction of momentum, and to switch I have to stop completely. Anyone have advice?

help when changing from running man to t step
hey so im preety knew at shuffling and i can do the t step and running man but when im changing to one to the other i either slow down alot or everything seems to be very un-smooth , any advice to make it all run together smoothly ?
