Why is this Myspace titled "Dedicated to E'Casanova

I was lurking over on the MJHD site and read an interesting post. They were discussing E'Casanova. Apparently he had made an announcement in 2007 that he would be retiring due to an unknown illness. The person who posted the thread suggested that
