Youtube/DeathRow Question?

Hey guys I'm making another 2pac music video and I want to use new clips and I was wondering, if I use clips from "Toss it Up" and/or "To Live And Die In L.A.", will DeathRow Butt-Rape me? I can't afford to lose my video due to copyright. A lot of my video already have that "Information about your video", but they havent been removed or any bad shit like that. So can I use any of those two video? Thanks!
