Divine Metal Distro question.
Today I found a package in my mailbox. A DMD package. When I opened the package I found the two Bloodgood CDs. Without the jewel cases. Is DMD always shipping CDs with the covers but without the jewel cases. Or it is me again who misunderstood

Are these record companies owned and/or operated by the same company? Their websites are laid-out the same and although I've never ordered anything from DM, they already had my email address & password in their system when I was browsing their site.
